J.K.S. SRL operates the educational project Aurora Workshop Studio. We create conversations for parents who deeply love their children but sometimes feel that they themselves are disappearing in the process. We do not teach "perfect parenting," nor do we promise to return life to what it was before children.

Instead, we help parents understand that burnout is not weakness and not a failure of parenting — it is a natural reaction of the human nervous system to prolonged overload.

Each webinar is a supportive space where participants can honestly say "this is difficult" without shame and discover that they are not alone. We combine scientific insights, evidence-based knowledge, and gentle reflection to help parents gradually reconnect with themselves.
